Not infrequently, chemicals are
aliquoted i.e.
portioned off into working quantities, from their original containers. If the aliquot is
going to be left unattended, it is absolutely essential that it be properly labeled.
Safety Officer II's Labels Module is ready to help by giving you the opportunity to create a new
label, with the NFPA symbology,
or reprint a previously saved label. All labels are designed to print on Avery label stock
available at your nearest office supply store.
The Label Module is accessed via the Label
ICON found on the Working Product
window. If no labels have been saved for this Working Product, you will be taken to
the new label template and a dialog box will appear asking you to make a selection from
the Label menu. If labels have already been created and saved
in a previous session, a dialog box will appear in which you can select your
labels.
