Combustible:
Substance which burns easily. Good examples of ordinary combustibles are
wood and paper. If the substance is a liquid, it will have a flash point at
or above 100F (38C) and below 200F (93.3C). A "Flammable" liquid,
on the other hand, will have a flash point below 100F.
