Description:

The Working Product Listing command, located in the Reports menu, is an alphabetic listing of Working Products along with their associated hazardous ingredients, and the department and site where they are used. When the Working Product Listing report is chosen, you will be presented with a dialog box that will ask you to choose Active, Inactive or All chemicals. If Active is picked, the list of chemicals which is printed will be limited to only those that have been activated by your safety officer, i.e., the chemicals actually being used by your company. Picking Inactive will print the list of chemicals from the database NOT being used by your company. ALL, prints the entire contents of the database.

The Working Product preview window appears after the User chooses an option from the Working Product Listing dialog box. The displayed data will be an alphabetic listing of Working Products along with their associated hazardous ingredients and the location, and department where they are being used.

The User may either scroll through the information displayed on the screen or print the lists. Printing the Working Product list is accomplished by choosing Print from the File menu, or by clicking on the Print button on the toolbar.
