Description:
The Working Product window appears after you
have successfully executed a Working Product search via the Find Product dialog box. This screen
is the hub of Safety Officer II. It was designed to facilitate one of the basic precepts of SOII, which is, not to
confuse or distract the user with irrelevant or unrelated data when they are interested in
obtaining specific information. The MSDS information is sequestered into separate
categories, which can be recalled at the click of a button. For example, if you are
interested in First Aid information click the First Aid ICON. Safety Officer II will present
you with only First Aid information.
Similarly, Exposure information is found by clicking the Exposure ICON, Fire & Explosion
information is located behind the Fire
& Explosion ICON and so forth. This is also the place where you initiate and print
Safety Officer II’s management reports.
Notice the Product Name field at the top of
the window. It contains the name of the chemical you are currently working with. Each of
the icons on the window will navigate to specific information for the Working Product
being displayed in this field.
